Ann Ansel, CRPC®

As a financial professional of Lincoln Financial Securities, Member SIPC, Ann provides financial planning in the areas of retirement planning, asset management, personal risk management, succession planning and estate planning.  With over 35 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry and as a former owner of an independent insurance agency, she delivers objective, straightforward strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

A graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University, Ann holds a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management.  She is FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, 7 & 26 licensed and is Life, Health, Property and Casualty insurance licensed in multiple states.

Prior to launching Ansel Financial Group, Ann owned and managed Redmer Financial Group. Ann's experience is deeply rooted in the Baltimore banking community where she served as Vice President and Senior Financial Consultant with M&T Securities, Trust Officer with Northwest Savings Bank and Vice President and Financial Consultant with Mercantile Bank & Trust in the areas of Wealth Management and Brokerage.

Ann was honored to receive an appointment from Governor Larry Hogan to serve on the Board of Trustees for Maryland Auto Insurance, where she currently serves as Board Chair. She also serves as President of the Board for the Baltimore County Police Assistance and Relief Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to members of the Baltimore County Police Department. Additionally, Ann serves on the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation Board Essex Campus.

Ann and her husband Matthew enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, and family time with their children and grandchildren.
